SUPA DUPA FLY
Konzept / Kreation / Co-Produktion / Moderation
Supa Dupa Fly is a female-led hip-hop and culture festival based in Frankfurt, Germany. Founded and curated by Aisha Camara and Be Shoo, the festival creates space for BIPOC, FLINTA and other underrepresented voices within music, culture and community.
Rooted in hip-hop culture and shaped by postmigrant perspectives, Supa Dupa Fly brings together live music, DJs, dance, comedy, community formats and conversations across generations. The festival sees culture not only as entertainment, but also as a tool for visibility, empowerment and connection.
Since its beginning, Supa Dupa Fly has focused on building spaces that feel open, diverse and community-driven — both on stage and behind the scenes. Alongside the festival, the project also develops educational and participatory formats such as the Supa Dupa Fly Academy, which gives young people practical insights into festival production, creative work and cultural organizing.
More than a festival, Supa Dupa Fly is a growing platform for cultural exchange, representation and collective experience within Frankfurt’s diverse urban landscape.
